These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mypetspal.lovable.app and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. PetPal is operated as an independent online store.

All products are sourced from verified international suppliers. Product images are representative — minor variations in color or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to modify product listings at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is confirmed at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you provided is accurate and complete
  • You authorize the payment method used

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

7. Buyer Protection

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Returns

We accept return requests for defective or incorrect items only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the international nature of our supply chain. All return requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of delivery.
