1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe (EU): 7โ€“15 business days
  • Romania: 10โ€“18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8โ€“14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 8โ€“15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12โ€“20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10โ€“25 business days

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $45: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $45: $4.99 flat rate

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link. Please allow 3โ€“5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these charges.

For EU customers: orders shipped from within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at era.reps21@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
